Terms

WeddingDrinkCalc provides free planning estimates based on widely used catering rules of thumb. Quantities, prices and budgets shown are estimates for purchasing planning only.

Not professional advice

The site is not a caterer, venue or licensed alcohol retailer, and its output is not a guarantee that any quantity is right for your event. Your venue or caterer has the final call. Always follow your local laws on the purchase, service and consumption of alcohol, including age restrictions and licensing rules for your event.

Responsible drinking

An estimate is a shopping tool, not a consumption target. Provide food and water throughout your event and arrange safe transport for your guests.

Liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for purchasing decisions made using these estimates.
